Your Vision
Located 60 miles north of Houston, Texas, Waverly Manor is hidden away in the enchanting town of New Waverly on a 56-acre ranch, which has been owned and operated by The Elliots for over twenty years. Fifteen years ago, Rick and Mary opened Waverly Manor. Mary, with her burning desire to breathe life to people’s visions, by giving them a stress-free experience and leaving them with a lifetime of memories, saw this as the perfect job for her. She has a mind for wedding design and coordination and is always trying to learn more, or try new creative things.
Our Innovation
The pictures simply do not do the venue justice, with the custom designed plantation home is wrapped with extravagant porches, a pool overlooking; rolling green lawns, and endless gardens lead out to a romantic gazebo, lake and the grounds are lined with century old trees. Waverly Manor encompasses the definitions of elegance, timelessness and versatility giving us the opportunity to be the setting for any occasion.

Waverly Manor is still owned and operated by The Elliot family and Mary continues to instill the core values Waverly Manor was built on in all individuals she staffs and trains. Our goal is to make event dreams come true, while allowing the details to be stress-free. We believe this is what sets us apart from the rest.
